We’re movin’ on up!

When Major Minor’s Majestic March was first announced, it seemed like a perfect fit with the new Wii MotionPlus accessory.
After all, it’s a title based on simulating a marching band, so one would think that the added perks of the new feature would have been irresistable.
However, creator Masaya Matsuura said that it was not meant to be.
“We tried to adapt “Major Minor” to MotionPlus, but doing so didn’t really make it any more fun than it already was,” he told MTV Multiplayer.
“Maybe MotionPlus titles need to be planned as such from the beginning. The basic structure was pretty much determined before it arrived, so there wasn’t a huge advantage to adapting it. And what’s more, the controller would become bigger, so we gave up on the idea.”

The only reason that motionplus was even made 2 try and squeeze more money out of nintendo zombies wallets! Even Matsuura knows it’s a JOKE.
@ Jon:
I hardly think that is true. Wii-Motion+ will provide an incredible experience for many games, such as tennis games and golf games, and the one thing that fanboys fantasized about since the beginning: Light Saber Dueling. In the beginning the technology was to expensive to mass produce, but now they have reduced it to a suitable form for production. What would have been $50 2 years ago will now likely be at least half that.
I think that Nintendo, for a change, is actually concerned about minimizing costs.
